bullet pointIf your appliance is beyond repair or you decide not to proceed with the repair, we will discount our charge by offering a discount in the order of £20 towards the price of a replacement at any Carters store. Alternatively our service engineers can discuss the options available to you and arrange for the new machine to be delivered at the discounted price without you needing to phone or visit any one of our stores.
bullet pointLoan appliances are available usually for just a small charge if the repair needs to be undertaken offsite.

bullet pointCarters delivery crews are well trained in delivering and connecting your new purchase to existing compatable supplies but cannot be involved in plumbing, carpentry or electrical work that would normaly be left to a fully qualified specialist. In addition, because of time constraints, they are normally unable to install built in appliances unless the proceedure is percieved to be straight forward without causing a delay. Our service department can complete these installations for you.
