The majority of our staff have worked together for many years seeing the business grow from one store in Haywards Heath to its present size. Our staff are considered the very best asset of the company. Every effort is made to make the working day as interesting and as rewarding as possible. Staff regularly attend specific training courses organised by well known manufacturers at one of our stores or at venues throughout the UK and indeed abroad. In this way customers can be assured of excellent service and detailed advice when deciding which appliance is best suited for their individual needs.
Every member of staff is important to us. It is quite possible to gain experience in different parts of the company as well as supporting an intention to specialise in any one area, being sales, transportation, back office or administration.
