The award, considered by the industry as the most prestigious recognition of excellence was presented formally on September 24 in the ERT Industry Awards at the Commonwealth Club in London. This award was based on the experiences of ERT Weekly/DMG World Media investigators who visited many electrical stores throughout the UK. The scores recorded for their visit were considered better than anywhere else!

The helpful concept of a Recommended Retail Price was abolished in September 1998 on most domestic appliances, so we calculate our selling prices by applying a competitive mark up percentage to agreed manufacturers' cost prices. Most major credit cards are acceptable, or you can pay by sending a cheque payable to 'Carters Domestic Appliances'.

We make great efforts to ensure that product details shown on this website are accurate, but like all retailers, we have to rely upon information and stock availability from the manufacturers. We are unable to offer catalogues or brochures as our products and prices fluctuate almost every day
