24 HOUR Priority Delivery on selected Models

Has your Washing machine, dishwasher,oven or fridge broken down? Do you need a replacement as soon as possible?

We are introducing a priority delivery service designed to replace machines in 24 hours or by the end of the next working day.

This service expressly excludes Sunday deliveries but additional crews have been added to Monday deliveries.

This is at present reserved for orders placed online or through our dedicated Fast Delivery Hotline

Orders will be processed in our normal working day Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 5.30pm and 10am to 4.00pm on Sundays.

In order to offer a faster service to customers that need a replacement machine in the shortest possible time we have selected a number of fast moving models that are always constantly in stock. This list may vary from time to time. A selection can be seen on the "24 Hour Sussex Delivery Available" carousel on the Home Page of our Website


There is no charge for this local prompt delivery but customers may be invoiced for installation and removal fees in the normal way. It is a straight foward delivery service which can include installation and removal for items such as Freestanding Washing Machines,Tumble Dryers, Fridges, Freezers and Cookers. Items that need Gas engineers or our specialist built in fitting service are delivery only as these additional services may not be available at short notice   

We do trust this new service will be of benefit to our customers, but despite additional delivery crew there may be an occasion when your delivery may be cancelled through unforseen circumstances such as a Van breakdown, stock supply issues or stock shortage as a result of a high number of sales. Customers will then be advised as a matter of urgency and then offered the next earliest delivery run possible. 

Deliveries will be made by one of our two man crews. Please advise us of any known problems such as restricted access to or in the home and parking restrictions that may hamper a smooth delivery.

There must be someone responsible at your home to accept delivery. We reserve the right to charge a minimum of £25 for failed deliveries due to no one being at home, or a refusal to accept the goods fr no good reason. It is possible to collect your goods at one of our stores Monday to Saturday or Monday to Friday at our Warehouse.for our warehouse. Please request at the time of order.
