Miele ESW6229-OBBL Warming Drawer
If you have a large family or love to entertain, the versatile Miele ESW6229 Sous Chef warming drawer will soon become an indispensable part of your kitchen.
Boasting a large 25kg capacity, or 80 Espresso cups, or 40 Cappuccino cups, the ESW6229 operates at temperatures between 40-85°C and you can freely adjust between these. Its direct sensor controls make it easy to select any of the 3 programmes with preset temperatures. These include a cup, plate or slow cooking function for flexible cooking and serving options. If you want even greater control the drawer can be set to switch off automatically after 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours use.
The drawer has an auto close mechanism, making using the ESW6229 effortless. With an overheating cut off, anti-slip mat and cool front for extra piece of mind. Includes a rack to increase useable loading area and a SousChef cook book.
