We understand that a faulty or temperamental machine can be most frustrating especially as it usually breaks down at the most inconvenient time. The engineers are very experienced giving you the assurance that your machine will be serviced with no fuss to the highest possible standards in the quickest possible time.

FIXED CHARGES. We offer a fixed call out and labour charge for up to one hour. There will be no nasty surprises. Our charge is just £78.00 inc VAT.

LOAN APPLIANCES. Loan appliances are available usually for just a small charge if the repair needs to be undertaken offsite.

Extra Services

Carters delivery crews are well trained in delivering and connecting your new purchase to existing compatible supplies but cannot be involved in plumbing, carpentry or electrical work that would normally be left to a fully qualified specialist. In addition, because of time constraints, they are normally unable to install built in appliances unless the procedure is perceived to be straight forward without causing a delay. Our service department can complete these installations for you.

Built in/Integrated appliances look good in your kitchen and need a professional eye to ensure they operate as they should and doors fitted where appropriate to look exactly as they are intended.
